Philip Bowen is an Appalachian born singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist whose music is rooted in folk tradition, regional storytelling, and lived experience. Raised in West Virginia, Bowen began playing fiddle at age four and developed a distinctive sound that blends Appalachian textures with modern Americana songwriting.
He has built a substantial and engaged audience through touring and online performance, reaching over 1.5 million followers across platforms. His early momentum included a win at TikTok’s Greatest Talent competition and appearances at key rooms and stages including The Bluebird Cafe, 3rd and Lindsley, NPR’s Mountain Stage, Americanafest, and an official showcase at Folk Alliance International.
Bowen’s debut album Old Kanawha marked a breakout period in 2023, alongside a spotlight at AmericanaFest and a semifinal run on America’s Got Talent. He has since shared stages with artists such as Darius Rucker, 49 Winchester, Wyatt Flores, Ian Munsick, Charles Wesley Godwin, and Josiah and the Bonnevilles.
An accomplished session musician with hundreds of recorded credits, Bowen has contributed fiddle and instrumentation for artists including Noah Kahan, Sam Barber, Zandi Holup, and Jenna Paulette. His work has been recognized by Rolling Stone, American Songwriter, Whiskey Riff, and Ross Golan’s And the Demo Is.
In 2025, Bowen released his sophomore album Appalachia Forever, featuring collaborations with Charles Wesley Godwin, Madison Hughes, Josiah and the Bonnevilles, Leon Majcen, and Julia DiGrazia. The release was supported by his first headlining tour beginning in August, followed by support dates with Dwight Yoakam, Kashus Culpepper, Sam Burchfield, and Whiskey Myers. He continues to build a growing national audience through consistent releases, touring, and a focused return to roots based songwriting.

Pink Cowgirl Hat wearing McKayla Mae Prew is the internet’s Country-Pop Princess! She is a singer, songwriter, entertainer, and Nashville recording artist. McKayla’s videos on the internet have accumulated her over millions of views and has gained her thousands of listeners worldwide. She is a four time (DMA) Detroit Music Award nominee. McKayla is a featured vocalist on Disney's Dream Big Princess Campaign on multi-media broadcasts and commercials around the world. McKayla Prew has opened for acts such as Maddie and Tae, The Band Perry, Big and Rich, Drew Baldridge and has had performances all across the United States and Europe. She won “Female Country-Pop Artist of the Year” at the Josie Awards 2025. She also won two Michigan Music Awards for Rising Star and Best Country Single. McKayla was a featured performer on “Music Mondays” on Local 4 News Detroit representing “Arts, Beats, and Eats.” She also performed and was interviewed on Channel 7 WXYZ News Detroit representing “The Michigan State Fair” as their 2023-2024 Michigan State Fair Superstar. McKayla made her radio debut on 99.5 WYCD with her songs “WHO ARE YOU?!” and “#1 FAN.” McKayla is also an animated singing Sea Turtle named “Mazine” that she created and writes the songs for on a PBS children’s show called “Wimee’s Words.” A Michigan native, McKayla is currently living and recording in Nashville, Tennessee. She was asked to be part of the Songwriting Program at Belmont University’s Mike Curb College of Music Business and Entertainment. McKayla is on the Dean's list and was her high school’s Class President. She is a member of “Bear House” Writers Management and is an active member of Nashville’s NSAI. McKayla feels most at home singing her original songs in front of large arenas where she sings the U.S. and Canadian National anthems for the OHL and the Shrine Circus. McKayla was a part of main stage performances of Tosca, H.M.S. Pinafore, and the Nutcracker as part of the Detroit Opera House choir. She is the creator and co-host of a TV & Roku live-stream show Hyped Up Live Next Generation, that features music artists from in and around the Detroit area. She is also Michigan’s former 2022 Miss Oakland County USA and 2012 Little Miss West Michigan as part of Miss America Scholarship Programs.
