Hannah Laine is a Grand Rapids–based singer, songwriter, pianist, and loop artist whose blends soul, jazz, and experimental soundscapes into intimate, emotionally resonant performances. Known for her warm tone, expansive vocal range, and intuitive live-looping, she creates immersive sets that feel both spontaneous and deeply intentional. A lifelong vocalist and intuitive writer with roots in piano and choral music, she crafts songs that explore healing, inner transformation, and the quiet spaces of the human experience. Her live sets often unfold like sound paintings—building from minimal piano lines into swirling vocal textures, rhythmic loops, and meditative grooves. For this show at 20 Front Street, she will be joined by fusion guitarist, Chris Bota.
